That way, we do not attempt to mislead you by head-line low rates to countries you do not call, but really focus on all destinations that you do call.
For our alternative telecommunications services we issue monthly detailed bills and a summary invoice that can be paid for via bank transfer or cash.
All prices on our monthly invoices are in Bulgarian Levs, excluding VAT. Every month all customers receive free itemised bills with detailed information on all calls, duration, number dialled, etc.
Additionally, all clients can enjoy Free-Of-Charge itemized internet billing, where they can check and monitor in real time their call activities and spot any potential misuse, find out a number they called but did not keep, accuracy of our billing etc.
